AFAIK, gmane.org already mirrors all of the lists on lists.easysw.com.

I haven't looked at their code yet, but will do so when I get a chance.

We've been using Greg's Newsd program (which I've hosted on easysw.com
at http://www.easysw.com/~mike/newsd) instead of INN for a long time
now.  There are some features I'd like to add to it when I have the
time (ha!), particularly in regards to message searching.
