I would suggest to subscribe all the lists to gmane.org, then just put a link to their web-based nntp reader. I suppose you could also simply download their frontend, but I would not recommend it :). I tried once to set it up locally, but there wasn't enough documentation to do it quickly. Their news "daemon" is also far superior to inn2 in my opinion. Think of a mailing-list as an alternative (way easier to configure) way of requesting a news feed, without the need of administrator intervention like traditional feeds. I was used to run an heavily patched inn2 and gate all the lists I was following to it before discovering gmane. Their service is probably the last thing that can save net news, because google groups (especially the v2) is literally killing it. Nowdays I just subscribe the list to gmane, thought I generally ask the lists administrators to do that themselves. Depending on your spool, maybe you can also import the whole archive easily. _______________________________________________ fltk mailing list [email protected] http://lists.easysw.com/mailman/listinfo/fltk
