I'd still suggest that you try it on your hardware. It is probably as
easy (maybe even easier) to set up than the DirectFB stuff, and should
Just Work.


If it were me, I'd also (first) give Kdrive a test to see how well that
worked, since that would allow you to use a "stock", supported, fltk
build.

Ian, can you give an advice how to set up fltk using kdrive. And especially
How to set up kdrive? I there any doc, that people can use? My intention is 
To switch to kdrive in future....
