Good afternoon, It does appear that the Spatial ETL Tool creates .fmw files and stores them inside dated folders inside the folder C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\ESRI\Interoperability. <username> is my personal network username at my workplace. In the spatial ETL tool's File menu, using the "Send To" option adds the generically named .fmw file (without the ".fmw" extension) to a new e-mail message. I'm not sure if these Workbench files work in FME proper. That would be a good test.
