This is true, but I wouldn't guarantee that the interop fmw files
aren't a bit different in their structure and content. For example,
the v9.1 readers and writers were not the same as you would get in
Workbench (I think they might have just written to a staging
geodatabase). But copying items is fine, because the individual
objects should be the same in both products.
