As for the exact cause, I haven't figured that out yet...
Another detail that might be significant. If you move the space after
the fo:inline to the end of the inline, the error doesn't seem to
occur... Can anyone confirm? (Problem seems to be the element lists
for the spaces following an fo:inline, IIC)
