Ah! That account is just pushed to by a robot. What notifies people is still opening an issue in the issue tracking system. While we could open one for each of these pull requests, that would not include you in the conversation. Your existing account from the old rPath "rITS" issue tracker should still be active at https://opensource.sas.com/its/ and you should be able to create one issue per patch, and the Conary developers will see them.
