I'm afraid I agree with Programmer. PSPad is a Code Editor. Yes it has some features that don't directly relate to writing code, but those features are limited to assisting with the testing of code. Every extra feature that does not relate to writing code is bloat and requires additonal support and testing. Use the tool for it's designed purpose.
