Pete,

That reads totally backwards.

"Words 82 thru 84 indicate that a feature is supported ..."
This sounds like an implimentation of the device, and not a toggle bit
tunable from the host.

"Words 85 thru 87 indicate if a feature shown as supported ..."
This sounds more like the toggle bit, but is still not clear.

We have some UGLY language!  What happened to "capable v/s enabled".

"Words 82 thru 84 indicate device supports, when the bit is set to one."
"Words 85 thru 87 indicate, if supported in words 82 thru 84, enabled,
when the bit is set to one."

Thus leave the option that it may not be turned off if the vendor chooses.
