RE: [t13] e04155r0 - DRQ=0 When ERR=1 Feature

This issue applies when a PATA drive is attached to a SATA host via a reverse bridge.  This condition causes the bridge to issue a X_RDY to the host h/w which results in a data transfer starting but since the host s/w is not expecting data it backs up in the FIFO and causes the bus to hang.
