Well, since you ask...A good start would be mail from YOU to Protel, as 
complaints sent to this forum are not by any measure sufficient to be 
regarded by Protel's business staff as an official complaint...Send 
complaints to Protel until it shows up on their list. Advise others who 
suffer from the problem to do the same.

I can't imagine that such shutdowns are not in Protel's mailbox, but 
another from anyone affected adds weight to the decision making process at 
Protel as to which issues get attention by their employees.
