I didn't find sp2 on the microsoft web site, but I did edit the link
provided which for some reason on my e-mail client lost the sp2.exe in the
end due to wraparound.  anyway it does download, and I am about to try it.

Do you really mean SP2?  I was not aware that there was one yet.

Let's see if your PROTEL continues to close down properly and on a
consistent basis.  Mine close down properly 80% of the time with SP1 of
Win2K!
