Brad,
I just checked my output setup and both drill and gerber ...both are set to
relative. This is a new feature for SP6 and it may not be functioning
properly. For the past unteen years using Protel , I have always reset my
origin before: 1. sending a design to an autorouter 2. generating gerbers.
It has always worked flawlessly by resetting the origin to the workspace.
My two cents are that the origin output is choking on the relative
setting. I never had a problem of holes missing on my chart until I
started using this new feature, I had two designs in the past 2 weeks that
required answering questions from fabricators.
