Hi All: I am also new member of this FOSS group. From my capacity, I am trying to advocate FOSS in Nepal. I am exploring how FOSS can be used as sustainable option for Nepal in e-Governance implementation. After few other posts, I will start a discussion on use of FOSS for e-governance in my blog http://egovernancenepal.blogspot.com. I want everyone to contribute writing the possible uses of FOSS in e-governance applications. Expect cooperation from you all.
