Hi,
With regards to using FOSS code (tikiwiki for e.g) at goverment level,
what code analysis tools are in place? For e.g., lots of other goverment
in other countries use FIPS or similar standard to verify that the
software meets their required standard. I am curious what such standard
if any exist for Nepal. And if it doesn't exist, is goverment likely to
fund one anytime soon ?
