Dear Sagun I looked at the http://www.tikiwiki.org/ found some videos about that groupware product. The product looks great. I will play around it and will try to see if the product can be used as groupware application in government agencies.
If you find any other groupware apps, please refer to me. Its a right time to refer Free and Open source applications to Government, when e-government initiations are taking place.
