Dear Rajesh Ji, I have been involved in one of such groupware projects. Its called TIKIWIKI ( please dont confuse wiht twiki). Its a very nice groupware and I had been involved in the project as a contributor and had a good relationship with core developers like Damian from UK and Mose from Norway. It could be a good point to start from.
