The conclusion will be drawn from discussion: what FOSS Nepal should do, must do, should not do, must not do, and how?.
The same letter is not going to the Government of Nepal. Its just a starting point for discussion and way of planning what are the things to be done. so I just was seeking community advices and ideas to step ahead in longrun.
