current problem with .np domain is.. if someone has hisname.com.np then you having hisname can't create another account as namehis.com.np or any other.. I was amazed when that didi (at mercantile domain registration table) told me that it's impossible for me to get a domain with those reasons.. then I turned around back to home telling them it's ridiculous thing for mercantile with such reasons and their chest as the only .np domain provider.
