While loading LiveCD Grub, nepalinux has options for english and nepali. I
think second option is english. Have a look (en) for english should be
there. or u can go to login screen to change language.

In Nepalinux, unlike ubuntu, u cannot partition from the install script.
First u have to run gparted to partition the disk and then run install for
installation.
