Yes that would be great. I have the same problem when it comes to writing refrence. But the problem is not only ours. Let me share my experience with KUOSC. We had the site running under http://ku.edu.np/~kuosc with some materials on it. Although we hadn't documented all of our events and activities, we have something there, but due to not having any more documentation there, i think the admins decided to remove it.
We as KUOSC have done lot of things, but even i don't recall the events and what exactly was our aim for that event. I wish we had documented it not only in paper but digitalized them. I think not even the written documents still exists in the KU CSE department now, that's teh problem with not digitalizing. EVERYTHING IS FORGOTTEN. If someone today in KU wants to know the history about KUOSC, they will never find it, That's just a small example i shared trying to clear my thoughts out.
