fossnepal.org would be the best website to move forward with at this time. I guess we will need to talk with KU, TU and other colleges to make available their works to be documented in fossnepal website. Or provide links that are not broken. Also talk to Sanat and others to use this site for references.
In effect what we need to do is to convert fossnepal.org into a open social database that is recognized by all the univs and as many as possible IT and computer related institutions in Nepal.
