Hi Nabeen,

Why don't you boot with windows installation CD . Go to till the
installation point and recover using fixmbr command (once windows
back)if you need Windows OS,then install Linux(use good installation
media this time) .

Else boot live Linux recover data and install Linux distro which you
were installing .

Yet recommend you stay form Proprietary software ;)
