and a whole lot of functionality. To me we shouldn't decide based on code 
complexity nor the number of options available but the necessity. -M is 
necessary for many tools to integrate with fossil and we do want more tools to 
integrate because it means more users. More users = better testing. Better 
testing = less problems for you and I. Another side effect is a larger number 
of users = a few more devs from that user bank, which starts the cycle all over 
again.
