Thinking more about it, C-cards are more suitable to add comments to Control artifacts than special T-cards. - Consistent with Commits, Attachments and Events, which already use the C-card for this very purpose. - It can be used for all Control artifacts, even those not containing "+closed". - Any text in wiki-syntax can be used.
