All artifacts except for Clusters already accept C-cards. The
documentation is not fully up to date with the implementation
here. For Wiki and Ticket artifacts, C-cards are accepted as
well, but ignored in the timeline.

The C-card is never used in the type determination, as
most types already accept it.
