Bruno, Ok, I seem to have it all installed, I can get FOSSology up and running AND I am logged in. However, its not uploading any files. While the interface isn't returning any errors - and I don't see anything in the queue
BUT - If I look in the fossology.log file - I see the following: - Something about an inconsistent agent .. 2009-10-27 13:12:49 scheduler[28786] : *** Scheduler restarted successfully by fo_watchdog *** 2009-10-27 13:12:49 scheduler[28983] : *** Scheduler started, PID 28983 *** 2009-10-27 13:12:49 scheduler[28983] : Job queue reset. 2009-10-27 13:12:49 scheduler[28983] : Child[0] 'agent=wget host=localhost ' state=FREE(1) @ Tue Oct 27 13:12:49 2009 2009-10-27 13:12:49 scheduler[28983] : Child[1] 'agent=unpack host=localhost ' state=FREE(1) @ Tue Oct 27 13:12:49 2009 2009-10-27 13:12:49 scheduler[28983] : Child[2] 'agent=adj2nest host=localhost ' state=FREE(1) @ Tue Oct 27 13:12:49 2009 2009-10-27 13:12:49 scheduler[28983] : Child[3] 'agent=filter_license host=localhost ' state=FREE(1) @ Tue Oct 27 13:12:49 2009 2009-10-27 13:12:49 scheduler[28983] : Child[4] 'agent=license host=localhost ' state=FREE(1) @ Tue Oct 27 13:12:49 2009 2009-10-27 13:12:49 scheduler[28983] : Child[5] 'agent=licinspect host=localhost ' state=FREE(1) @ Tue Oct 27 13:12:49 2009 2009-10-27 13:12:49 scheduler[28983] : Child[6] 'agent=mimetype host=localhost ' state=FREE(1) @ Tue Oct 27 13:12:49 2009 2009-10-27 13:12:49 scheduler[28983] : Child[7] 'agent=specagent host=localhost ' state=FREE(1) @ Tue Oct 27 13:12:49 2009 2009-10-27 13:12:49 scheduler[28983] : Child[8] 'agent=filter_clean host=localhost ' state=FREE(1) @ Tue Oct 27 13:12:49 2009 2009-10-27 13:12:49 scheduler[28983] : Child[9] 'agent=delagent host=localhost ' state=FREE(1) @ Tue Oct 27 13:12:49 2009 2009-10-27 13:12:49 scheduler[28983] : Child[10] 'agent=sqlagent host=localhost ' state=FREE(1) @ Tue Oct 27 13:12:49 2009 2009-10-27 13:12:49 scheduler[28983] : Child[11] 'agent=sqlagenthost host=localhost ' state=FREE(1) @ Tue Oct 27 13:12:49 2009 2009-10-27 13:12:49 scheduler[28983] : Child[12] 'agent=pkgmetagetta host=localhost ' state=FREE(1) @ Tue Oct 27 13:12:49 2009 2009-10-27 13:12:49 scheduler[28983] : Child[13] 'agent=fosscp_agent host=localhost ' state=FREE(1) @ Tue Oct 27 13:12:49 2009 2009-10-27 13:12:49 scheduler[28983] : Child[14] 'agent=fo_notify host=localhost ' state=FREE(1) @ Tue Oct 27 13:12:49 2009 2009-10-27 13:12:49 scheduler[28983] : Child[15] 'agent=selftest host=localhost ' state=FREE(1) @ Tue Oct 27 13:12:49 2009 2009-10-27 13:12:49 scheduler[28983] : FATAL: Scheduler error: Unable to access license cache '/var/lib/fossology/agents/License.bsam' 2009-10-27 13:12:49 scheduler[28983] : FATAL: Self Test failed. What gives rpm -ql libextractor ? > 1. Rerun YUM install FOSSology Well rpm -e fossology and then yum install fossology again.
