I have a non-refundable deposit, which I have refunded under certain
circumstances. If a party gets rained out and I can't do the rain date
(which I ask about upfront) I just usually keep the deposit or try to
get a replacement entertainer (but I don't guarantee that I can). Most
of my outdoor events usually have alternate rain plans. I also do not
guarantee time changes will be accommodated.
