Hi Pearl, I once had a problem with a corrupted file, and there the heroic open didn't help, but opening it while suppressing the automatic update of references. > To open a document without updating references: > 1. Also, feel free to send me the file privately, I'll try if I'm able to open it (using Frame on Mac). I'm keeping my graphics in a separate directory and have absolutely no problems with that.
