I did that, and was told I'd be banned if I ever did it again. They insist that you wait 30 days before *initiating* the complaint process. The rub? That exceeds the credit-card notification time limit, so you are completely at their mercy... and they have none. IMHO, that makes them complicit with the thieves. I don't use them any more.
