It works on Windows, but when you hit CTRL-C you get into a weird
state where you're asked if you want to exit the batch file or some
such, and then you have to hit 'y' once or twice. Pretty odd as if the
output or the input was in a separate thread.
Yep, I haven't been able to figure out why exactly that happens. I
usually just hit Ctrl-C twice.
There is probably some problem with the way the subprocess is started,
which behaves differently on Windows compared to *nix.
FWIW, JBoss on Windows behaves the same way.
