Get your numbers all at 0/0/0 (Feet, Frames, 100's).
Take off your lens.
Flip back the prism.
Mark this frame with a sharpie around the edges and a BIG OL X.
Do your thing from start to finish of the roll.
Rewind in camera until you BELOW THE 0 MARK BY A FEW FRAMES.
Remove lens and advance film 1x frame at a time until you see your mark,
aka: EXACT 0.

Enjoy or something similar!
