Follow-up Comment #1, bug #16065 (project freeciv):
I did the merge of merge find_closest_owned_city() and dist_nearest_city() in
patch #1600 (svn revision 17320). Perhaps you could compare your bug fix with
the original code. I will try to do it myself if I find the time.
