Follow-up Comment #8, patch #3836 (project freeciv):
There seems to be space both in the end of line "within city " and beginning
of next " radius" for some requirement types.
Tangential: I prefer space in the end of the line, but our codebase largely
uses space in the beginning of line. Is there some good reason for that?
Should we say something about it in CodingStyle?
