So, patch for S2_6 too attached. These are now commit candidates (you've got
your 36h inspection period to reject starting on this route)
The difference to TRUNK version is that civ2civ3 is said to be future, not
current, default ruleset.
> It does not add it to the distribution tree.
...and I'm not entirely convinced we should have our experimenting area
released as part of maintained release. Anyway, that's something we can decide
on a new "Add sandbox to tarball" ticket.
