I have already been told to do that. If SYS CONFIG changes the file
KERNEL.SYS itself, then it shoudn't matter which partition the file
is, as long as it is the edited file that gets loaded, right? I tried
this while loading from the hard disk, I will see if it goes different
if loading from pendrive.

And I suspect I should not use it, because syslinux prints CHS when
booting the desktop, and EDD when bootng the notebook
