I use them regularly, never found them missing. Probably somone removed them and had to put them back in. >> QUESTION: Is it likely that my existing code will >> simply transfer from running under MSDOS to running >> under FreeDOS, just like that, bing! ? Yes just bing!!! I used many many programs and almos ALL wokr :) > Yes, of course. But why would you have to recompile? > See above about EGA and VGA. Yes, you should not recompile anything. Bear in mind that video, sound, mouse, network drivers are not part of MS-DOS, so you will use exactly the same. What you WILL have to do is adjust your config.sys and autoexec.bat. A lot of FreeDOS setup have different parameters :( Alain ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This SF.net email is sponsored by: SourcForge Community SourceForge wants to tell your story. http://p.sf.net/sfu/sf-spreadtheword _______________________________________________ Freedos-user mailing list Freedos-user@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/freedos-user
