This one is the best... I have tested many. This is a bootable CD with 
Linux and a graphical interface. It has GPARTED, clonezila and many 
usefull disk tools.

Ok, but most people should be aware that in the Linux literature (most 
google tutorials) the tem vfat is used liberaly.
