I'm a bit surprised at that. HP seems to be one of the few hardware 
organisations that do not pray facing Redmond. I've just set up an HP 
laptop with Fedora 14 and everything works! As you are probably aware, 
putting Linux on laptops in particular too often involves a hunt for 
some driver that fixes a Windows-specific hardware problem.
