https://www.pcmicro.com/elebbs/faq/rte200.html Here I found the solution to fix error 200, at least with this common case, running TP7P5FIX.COM before INSTALL.EXE, Wolfenstein 3D works flawlessly with no issues. I do my test in a Laptop with i3 7th gen processor and 4Gb RAM DDR4, modified FD-Setup 1.3 RC3 usb boot. Thanks to Tom Ehlert for the suggested solution
