I certainly wouldn't call it trivial. From what little I know of
Worldforge it is a massive undertaking. I would more than welcome
your insights (if we get the license issue resolved <g>).

I see a lot of parallel between these two. There are so many
different people with different interests involved in the
healthcare IT & Informatics fields (yes they are two different
things) that it is difficult to stay on top of it all, and to be
fair to everyone. Virtually every decision I make I try to
imagine how it affects everyone that has contributed. This is a
cornerstone to sustainability.
