Log message:
1) Moved the sysex_delay into the actual mt32_poke() sysex write calls.
2) The unixraw flush() now waits for the amount of time it would take to
send the data that was just written.  Got rid of the waits behind all
of the sysex calls as a result.

Next up, adding an explicit delay() command to the midiout interface.
