I was able to build codec2 and a NSIS based installer with CPack on MinGW,
but when trying to build the dependencies, in this case Portaudio, it took
WAY too long to build. I think the problem was I am running Windows XP in a
VirtualBox VM so I've essentially got GNU MinGW on top of Windows XP, on
top of GNU Linux...
I might try again as this was before I implemented the static builds. I'll
kick off a build using all static libraries (except for wxWidgets, which
provides a windows installer) and let it run overnight.
