nothing to apologize for... jj seems to be very knowledge but very
quick to turn his sharp wit into a razor blade at the first hint of
blood. if you could have lurked longer before venturing into 'his'
pond you might have been able to more quickly dismiss his attack.
although usually very little activity on this list - i continue to
lurk for that day when i might actually deploy FreeTrade. and yes,
i felt the razor's edge for suggesting that i needed a few more
installations before i would bet my clients' businesses on this app.
but i am sold out to php3 and leon for his exceptional book. in fact,
eDivision just rolled out a significant shared app using php3 and
mySQL... our price was 1/4 of the competitor's proprietary solution.
and complete in 1/6 the time! open source simply works. period.
