NOTE: There is a bug in IE 5.0 that returns the error: "This page can not be
displayed" when your certificate's fully qualified domain name (fqdn) does
not match the fqdn of the host you are securing. When they do match, the
page shows up correctly and is encrypted at 128 bits. However, when the user
clicks on the lock in the browser they may receive the message "This
certificate has failed to verify for all of its intended purposes". This
does not affect the operation of the product and it is encrypted at 128
