Those are good things to check but in my case, I think
I have to rule them out since what happens is that the
browser immediately displays the "Page cannot be
displayed" page as soon as the continue button is
pressed on the order express page. There is no time
lag, like you would expect if you hit the browser
timeout. The only thing that makes me suspect a code
problem as opposed to a client PC/browser setup
problem is that it always occurs on the same page
transition on the site.
