yeah thats right - we had a problem with this because /etc/hosts didn't
correspond to what we were trying to use - we did a telnet test to 1725
using the various options localhost, ip and FQDN for host and discovered our
etc/hosts didn't match - changed etc hosts and used FQDN for hostname in the
create and it worked a treat
from the host machine try
telnet <FQDN host> 1725
to see what name it gives - ours was giving
+OK FreeVSD Virtual Server Administrator ns v1.4.8 ready
so it had 'ns' as the machine name!!
