Dave,

Idaya claims all the code in FreeVSD has been written by themselves. I quote :
"Neither freeVSD nor ProVSD contains any code submitted by any person outside of
the Idaya organisation."

And another quote :
"Idaya is the copyright holder of all code in freeVSD and ProVSD. If you (or
anyone else) can point out any code not developed by the Idaya organisation we
will
gladly remove it.  We do not believe there to be any."


Another interesting sentence :
"Finally, I would like to say that freeVSD was originally released under GPL to
give
something back to the community from which it was born; but freeVSD is a growing
project
and that costs real money to keep alive."
