To be clear, I mean an end to our pointless social struggles. Subsumed by a greater intelligence that can demonstrate our “meritocracy” is no longer of any consequence.
AI will "domesticate" us (or more to the point, set us out to pasture in an humanspheric/technological "nature preserve") ?
I can think of (and often do) worse outcomes for my grandchildren's generation...
