Worst Case Scenario:

Allaire focuses on Spectra to point where they stop supporting their best interest
(us) because their best interest knows a better way of doing things (fusebox). Then
they waste alot of time making CFstudio5 export jsp pages with the focus that it is a
tool that should be easy for cold fusion programmers to use. Which means that they
follow the standardized route of a company that has built it's revenue model around
one way of doing things and then grew too fast and realized the direction of
technology is changing ... so backed up and tried to keep pace, but physically can't
because they are trying to maintain old technology that has been proven for them in
the past and apply it in a new context (jsp).

It's a heck of a challenge and I'm glad I'm not a board member stuck with thinking
about it.
